We stand firmly behind the quality of our work. If we make an error on your return that results in penalties or interest, we will reimburse you for those costs (up to 2x our fee) and amend your return at no cost. We don’t just promise accuracy; we guarantee it.

We stand behind every return we prepare. Should the IRS contact you, here is how we will support you based on your service tier:

Bronze Clients: You are never on your own. We offer guidance and audit navigation support to help you manage the process. Note: All audit assistance is billed at our standard hourly rates.
Silver Clients: You receive complimentary initial guidance. We will help you understand the IRS notice and organize your documents. Note: Direct representation (such as attending hearings) is billed separately.
Gold Clients: You receive Full Audit Representation. From gathering documents to speaking to the IRS agent on your behalf, we handle the entire process for you. This comprehensive protection is fully included in your package.

Absolutely. We believe in proactive strategy, not just reactive filing.
Gold Clients: A Q4 planning meeting is included to help you optimize your tax situation before year-end.
All Other Clients: You will have the option to add a tax planning report and strategy session later in the year for an additional fee.
Please note: Any extensive analysis or implementation of complex strategies outside the meeting will be quoted as a separate engagement.

Our goals is to complete your tax return as soon as possible once we’ve received all the necessary information from you. We prioritize clients on our Silver and Gold levels of service. Our max turnaround time for Silver is six weeks and max for Gold is four weeks.
